Terms and Conditions

Copyright belongs exclusively to the artist.  Under no circumstances, may the client, neither sell nor exchange the art piece in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, unless express written permission has been given by the artist AND rights to do so have been paid. 

The buyer may not use the art pieces in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.  

Unless exclusive rights are purchased THEKONCERT retains all rights to use and monetize the art piece.  This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.  

Liability for any damages or losses that may occur after delivery is entirely the client's. 

• Cooling-off period: Not applicable as purchasing directly from the artist. The buyer does not have a legal right to change his/her/their mind and cancel a purchase.
• Exceptions: There are no exceptions; this rule applies to all purchases.
